Arctic Sunset Photography

Arctic sunset photography is fantastic because the sunsets normally last between 1 to 2 hours on a good day, this gives you the opportunity to take your time and create compositions and visit several locations. Make sure that you bring bug spray and waterproof shoes to access some of the ponds.
Gear used: Sony a7, 24-240 lens, tripod.

Troll lake, Lapland.

Troll lake is a beautiful destination for a day hike or overnight camping,  the trail is easy to follow with fresh water access most of the way.

There are many landscape photography opportunities, make sure that you bring extra batteries, tripod and a hot drink to sit and enjoy the place, as well bring a polarizer to get the best out of the lake.
Here are a few shots from my Sony a7.

"La Trampa Vieja" The Old Patagonian Fish Trap

I made this time lapse on my last sea kayaking trip for NOLS Patagonia of this year; we paddled into a long estero in Isla Nalcayec where we found amazing old artifacts from the old fisherman; fish traps made of stick and rocks, super cool place!. Patagonia is amazing, I can not stop exploring the islands of archipelago Chonos. I love life!

Matanuska Glacier 2016

I had a lot of fun editing this video.

The sad part is that the glacier is melting faster than I thought, climate change is something that is happening.

Enjoy the video
